Yashasvi Jaiswal smashed the record of Youngest Cricketer to Score double century

Mumbai teenager Yashasvi Jaiswal on Wednesday hit the record books by becoming the youngest player to score List-A double century.

Yashasvi Jaiswal played ongoing Vijay Hazare season for Mumbai as his debut, the 17 years old opener scored 203 off 154 balls including 12 sixes and 17 fours against Jharkhand. He has been in the form by scoring 113 and 122 against Kerala and Goa in the tournament respectively.

Jaiswal also becomes the seventh Indian batsman to score a double century in List A cricket and fourth to achieve it in the domestic cricket. With this record, Jaiswal’s List A average goes over 100.
